Mail-in board repair
No standardized board for your model yet? Unscrew the amplifier plate, ship us the board — not the whole speaker — and our bench brings it back.

How it works
- Step 01 — Tell us what's wrong
Fill the form below with your model and symptoms; photos help a lot. We reply within 24–48h confirming whether it's repairable, with a typical price range.
- Step 02 — Ship us the board
You remove the amplifier plate (screws and plug-in connectors — we send illustrated instructions) and ship it to our workshop. Inbound shipping is on you; a plate is small and light, so it's cheap.
- Step 03 — Firm quote after diagnosis
Bench diagnosis, then a firm quote by email. You approve before any work starts. If we can't fix it, you pay nothing.
- Step 04 — Repaired, tested, returned
Component-level repair, burn-in test, and the board ships back to you — return shipping is on us. Expect roughly 3–5 weeks door to door including international mail.
The ground rules
No fix, no fee
Diagnosis costs you nothing. You only ever pay a quote you explicitly approved.
Board only, please
Ship the amplifier plate, not the cabinet. It saves you real money and survives shipping far better.
Shipping split
You cover the inbound leg to our workshop; we cover the return leg to your door.
Your data feeds the roadmap
Models with the most repair tickets become our next standardized plug-and-play boards.
