A dead amp board shouldn't kill a good speaker
Walk through any electronics recycling yard and you'll find them: powered subwoofers and studio monitors with perfect cabinets, healthy drivers, and one cooked amplifier board. The industry's answer is "buy a new one." Ours is a screwdriver.
SwapAmp reverse-engineers the amplifier plates of the most failure-prone models, rebuilds the sections that actually kill them — usually a standby power supply cooked by years of always-on heat — and manufactures drop-in replacements: same footprint, same connectors, no soldering, 24-month warranty.
For models we haven't standardized yet, our bench does component-level mail-in repair. Every repair ticket teaches us which board to build next, so the catalog grows exactly where owners need it.

How we work
Diagnosis before sales
Every model page lists the real symptoms — including the ones a board won't fix. We'd rather lose a sale than ship you the wrong part.
Engineering, not refurbishing
Replacement boards are new manufacture with upgraded components at the known failure points — not pulled or patched originals.
Honest compatibility
Brand names on this site describe what our boards fit. SwapAmp is independent and not affiliated with any speaker manufacturer.
Repair-first economics
A $100-class fix that keeps a 40-pound cabinet out of landfill is good for your wallet and the planet. That's the whole business.
